Having lived with naturally fine hair herself, she understands what it feels like to want the fullness, length and freedom your natural hair simply may not be able to give you. That experience became the foundation of a career devoted not only to transforming hair, but to helping women feel beautiful, confident and more like themselves. A professional hairstylist since 1999 and hair-extension specialist since 2002, Victoria has trained in 11 professional hair-extension systems, including Great Lengths, and has performed well over 1,000 extension applications throughout her career. She has traveled extensively for advanced education and built relationships with accomplished extension artists and master stylists, exchanging techniques, ideas and industry knowledge that have continually refined her craft. Fine and delicate hair became one of Victoria’s greatest areas of focus. Over the years, she developed an extensive understanding of placement, weight distribution, blending and customization, allowing her to create transformations for many women who believed extensions might not be an option for them. Her philosophy is simple: achieve the maximum transformation the natural hair can safely support while protecting the integrity of the client’s own hair. Experience has taught her that true extension expertise isn’t simply knowing how to add more hair; it’s knowing what the natural hair can support, what will remain beautifully discreet and, just as importantly, when extensions are not the right solution. Rather than relying on a single extension system, Victoria draws from decades of experience across multiple methods to design each transformation around the individual woman: her natural hair, density, lifestyle and goals. Her work ranges from strategically filling delicate areas and creating natural fullness to dramatic transformations in length and volume. Victoria’s expertise has also extended into education and mentorship. Throughout her career, she has personally trained and mentored approximately 16 developing stylists, teaching the technical foundations and artistry of hair extensions and helping prepare them to work independently behind the chair. Her pursuit of better solutions eventually led from application into product development. After years of working with professional extension hair and experiencing the limitations of existing products firsthand, Victoria created Brilliance Wefts, her own professional hair-extension line. Particular attention was given to creating lightweight attachment points that minimize unnecessary bulk and weight, allowing more of the overall weight to come from the beautiful hair itself; an especially meaningful distinction when working with finer hair. Her product-development journey has also taken her internationally, working directly with suppliers and manufacturers and gaining firsthand insight into hair sourcing, manufacturing, quality standards and product development. Extension Society is the culmination of more than two decades of that experience: an intimate, highly personalized extension studio where technical expertise, artistry and genuine care come together. Today, what Victoria has built is also beginning to carry into the next generation. Her extension artistry and hands-on knowledge continue through her daughter Rose, who works alongside her behind the chair, while her daughter Lianna has gained firsthand experience in the business, product-development and supplier side of the industry, allowing each daughter to carry forward a different part of the knowledge Victoria has spent decades building. But after all these years, what continues to drive Victoria is still the woman in her chair. She believes beauty is deeply connected to how we feel about ourselves, and there is nothing more rewarding than watching a woman see herself differently after a transformation; not simply because she has more hair, but because something in her confidence has changed. For Victoria, that is what hair extensions have always been about. #### Rose Millard Hair Extension Specialist & Founding Team Member Rose brings a natural eye for detail, a strong understanding of hair extensions, and a warm, attentive approach to every client. As a licensed beauty professional, her extension education has been shaped by years of individualized, hands-on learning and firsthand experience in the salon industry. Rose may have been destined for the beauty industry from the start: she nearly arrived before her mom could even make it out from behind the chair. By 14, she was already learning the art of extensions by doing her mom’s hair, and she spent her teenage years immersed in the salon environment, developing an understanding of the industry, client experience, and the relationships behind a successful salon. After graduating from beauty school, Rose continued her extension education working closely alongside Victoria, developing her skills in extension placement, application, blending, customization, and protecting the integrity of the natural hair. She also played an important role in bringing Extension Society to life and shaping the experience clients have today. Now working side by side as a mother-daughter team, Rose brings her own talent, perspective, and attention to detail to Extension Society, with a shared commitment to creating transformations that help women Love Their Hair Again. #### Amanda Gavin Administrative Director Amanda works behind the scenes to support the business operations of Extension Society. She assists with accounts payable, business registrations and licensing, administrative compliance, digital and website projects, and the many operational details required to keep the business organized and moving forward. She has also played an important role in establishing the administrative foundation of Extension Society, helping coordinate many of the essential behind-the-scenes details involved in launching and operating the salon. #### Lianna Millard Brand & Studio Coordinator Lianna represents the next generation of Extension Society. As Brand & Studio Coordinator, she supports the organization, presentation and behind-the-scenes operations of the studio while bringing years of firsthand experience within the professional hair-extension industry. Growing up around the extension business, Lianna has been actively involved in professional hair and beauty trade shows, including industry events in Chicago and Las Vegas. She has worked alongside a professional wholesale hair-extension supplier at these events, assisting with customer service, extension education and sales, while also modeling hair extensions for professional demonstrations. Through these experiences, she has had the opportunity to explore and compare professional extension lines, products, techniques and suppliers firsthand. Her experience has also taken her internationally alongside Victoria, where she visited hair-extension manufacturing facilities, met directly with suppliers and manufacturers, and attended an international hair-industry conference. During these visits, Lianna had the opportunity to examine extension products firsthand and learn about hair sourcing, manufacturing processes, quality standards and quality control, giving her a unique perspective on what goes into producing professional-quality hair extensions. These experiences have given Lianna an understanding of the extension industry that reaches from sourcing and manufacturing all the way through professional education, sales and the finished transformations clients experience in the salon.
