Reservation details, appointment policies and what to know before your visit.

### Reserving your appointment

All new extension clients begin with a consultation. Once your consultation has been reviewed and approved, we’ll arrange your appointment by text.

A  **$250 reservation deposit**  is required for your extension installation. It is applied toward your installation when your appointment is completed as scheduled. The studio will arrange your deposit directly after your consultation is approved.

### Cancellations & rescheduling

 **Extension installation appointments:**  please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. The $250 deposit is non-refundable for cancellations or rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice.

 **Push-ups, maintenance & other services:**  please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less notice are subject to a cancellation fee.

### Payment & arrival

We accept cash, Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay and all major credit/debit cards. Cash is always appreciated.
