Reserving your appointment
All new extension clients begin with a consultation. Once your consultation has been reviewed and approved, we’ll arrange your appointment by text.
A $250 reservation deposit is required for your extension installation. It is applied toward your installation when your appointment is completed as scheduled. The studio will arrange your deposit directly after your consultation is approved.
Cancellations & rescheduling
Extension installation appointments: please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. The $250 deposit is non-refundable for cancellations or rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice.
Push-ups, maintenance & other services: please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less notice are subject to a cancellation fee.
Payment & arrival
We accept cash, Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay and all major credit/debit cards. Cash is always appreciated.
